Here are 7 day to day ordeals of a smoker:
1. Bad breath: Every time you smoke, your breath gives away your bad habit. Your respiration is exhaling the tobacco scent and induces to people around you a state of taking a step back;
2. Yellow teethes: A smoker always has to take extra care for his teethes. Nicotine turns your teeth yellow and special cleaning habits are required. Toothpaste consumption increases and you need to bleach your teethes more often (there will be an increases in the dentist’s bill as you have to visit him more often);
3. Taste of the food alteration: A smoker’s taste of food is altered, as nicotine tends to cover the tongue. A smoker’s tongue is usually more like numb and as your habit of smoking is close to 20 cigarette a day your tongue is not as flexible as it should;
4. Yellow nails: Depending on your smoking habits (number of cigarettes a day) your fingers and nails of the hand you are using to keep the cigarette in turns yellow;
5. Increase in caffeine consumption: A smoker has always an increased desire to have a cup of coffee next to his side and every time he lights a cigarette he takes a sip of coffee;
6. Budget allocation: A daily budget is required for the packet of cigarettes you smoke. You tend to reduce on all other aspects of your consumption but when it comes to your packet of cigarettes, you never give in or give up and you buy it!
7. In house bad odor: All smokers have the same negative side of their habit: Their house stinks! You should not smoke in the house as even with windows wade open the smell is not dissipating (you have to use anti tobacco scents).
